The BODE Boarding Management Unit (BMU) reduces the number of electrical interfaces in a door system and improves interaction between the vehicle and passengers. The BMU is equipped with a sensor that replaces all conventional control panels and safety devices. In addition, this sensor technology provides gap monitoring between the vehicle and the platform as well as platform detection.
